Seller P&L Bot
2026A Telegram bot that brings a Wildberries or Ozon seller the full P&L of the shop every morning: sales, commissions, logistics with returns, storage, stock, and the positions that drag the shop into a loss. Live since August 24, 2026; a demo report on a sandbox shop arrives right after /start.

The morning report, live
A seller on Wildberries or Ozon rarely can answer a simple question: how much did the shop earn yesterday. The platform cabinet shows sales and stock, but not profit: commission, logistics with returns, storage, ads, and tax sit in different tabs, and stitching them into one report is manual work in Excel. Analytics subscriptions take another route: MPStats costs 5,000-20,790 ₽ a month, MarketGuru 4,990-19,990 ₽, and both are built for market research and niche discovery, not for a daily report on one particular shop. A real P&L over your own warehouses and your own logistics is what neither delivers, so a loss-making SKU can bleed the shop for months before anyone finds it by hand.
Seller P&L Bot delivers that summary itself. Every morning at nine, Moscow time, the bot messages the shop's full P&L for the previous day to Telegram: revenue, order count and buyout rate, profit and margin, expenses split by line, and the main thing: which positions carry the shop and which drag it into a loss. Every loss-making SKU gets unit economics down to a single unit: price, cost, buyout, commission, logistics, ads, and tax, the margin per unit, the day's loss, the stock left, and the sales rate, plus a verdict on what to check. For example, returns: every sale-and-return pair pays for logistics in both directions.
The bot has been live since August 24, 2026. It currently runs in demo mode: the report is recalculated every day for a sandbox shop, the numbers change from morning to morning, and every report carries a "demo data" mark, so the demo never passes invention off as real sales. The demo report arrives immediately on /start, with no cabinet keys and no signup. Connecting your own shop goes through the waitlist: the paid tier turns on after launch, and the price is not published yet.
Under the hood it is a Node.js service with zero runtime dependencies, split across two clouds: the landing page and the data on Yandex Cloud, the bot itself in a container on Oracle. A scheduler runs every morning, assembles the numbers, computes the P&L, and delivers the report; the marketplace parsing core is battle-tested in another live product, the marketplace card bot. The principle is plain: not a dashboard you have to open, but a report that arrives on its own.

FAQ
›How do I calculate real profit on Wildberries?
Put every line into one report: revenue after returns, the marketplace commission, logistics in both directions, storage, ads, cost of goods, and tax. The seller cabinet shows sales, not profit, so most sellers stitch the summary by hand in Excel. Seller P&L Bot builds it every day on its own and delivers it to Telegram by nine in the morning: profit, margin, an expense breakdown, and the positions dragging the shop down.
›Where does Wildberries seller money go?
Into commission, logistics with returns, storage, ads, cost of goods sold, and tax. While a seller watches revenue alone, the loss hides in small lines: every sale-and-return pair pays for logistics in both directions, storage accrues daily, and ad spend rides on every order at once. The morning report splits the day's expenses by line and shows which one eats the margin.
›How do I find SKUs that lose money on Ozon?
Run unit economics per SKU: price, cost, commission, logistics, storage, ads, and tax per unit, plus the buyout rate. A SKU is dangerous not because it sells poorly but because its margin is negative: every sale takes money away. The bot flags those SKUs in the morning report, attaches the per-unit breakdown, and names what to check: the description, the sizes, the price, or the buyout.
›Is there a free Wildberries analytics tool?
The platform cabinets are free, but they show sales and stock, not profit. Subscription services start at about 5,000 ₽ per month and are built for market research and niche discovery. The bot's demo mode is free: /start returns a full morning report for a sandbox shop, with no keys and no signup, and connecting your own shop goes through the waitlist.
