This page explains what personal data the site kovnerov.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Why data is processed
- Anonymous traffic statistics: which pages people read, where they come from, how they move around the site. This is what shows the operator what works and what does not.
- Handling messages sent through the contact form and replying to them.
- Correspondence about current and potential projects, over email and Telegram.
What data is processed
- Visitor data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, and on-page actions such as clicks and scrolling.
- Counter identifiers stored in browser cookies. The list is below.
- Contact form data: name, email or Telegram handle, and the message text.
- Yandex Metrica session recordings (Webvisor): mouse movements, scrolling, clicks. Input fields are masked and their contents are never recorded.
- The site does not collect special category data or biometric data.

- Anyone who has written via the contact form, email, or Telegram.
Analytics counters
Two counters run on the site. Both load when a page opens.
Yandex Metrica, counter 111664930
Webvisor with input masking and a click map are enabled. The counter loads on page open regardless of the choice in the cookie banner.

Runs in Consent Mode. Before consent it sends cookieless signals and does not identify the visitor. Identifying cookies appear only after you press «Accept» in the banner.

Browser storage besides cookies
- kovnerov-consent stores your choice in the cookie banner, accepted or declined.
- kovnerov-theme stores your selected color theme.
- These records live in the browser's localStorage and are never sent anywhere.
The consent banner
- On a first visit a small banner appears at the bottom of the page with Accept and Decline buttons. It never blocks the site.
- Accept turns on analytics with identifying cookies and remembers the choice for good.
- Decline keeps Google Analytics from setting cookies. Yandex Metrica keeps working, and Webvisor keeps recording with masked fields. After six months the site asks once more.
Who receives data
- Yandex: the Yandex Metrica service receives visit data, and the Yandex Cloud function delivers contact form messages.
- Google: the Google Analytics 4 service collects cookieless signals and, after consent, cookie-based data.
- Telegram: contact form messages reach the operator through Telegram.
- The data is not sold and is not handed to advertising brokers or other third parties.
Your rights and requests
Under Russia's Federal Law 152-FZ «On Personal Data» you may ask what data about you is processed, request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted, and withdraw your consent (articles 14-18 and 21).
- How to ask: email hello@kovnerov.com with the subject «Personal data». Include your name and a contact for the reply.
- Reply time: within 10 working days of receiving the request.
- Withdrawing analytics consent: clear the site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or write to the same address.
